• Orders — order any catalog edition by e-mail at list price (see How to order); we confirm availability and invoice in USD with international wire instructions.
• Delivery & billing — expired download links, invoice documents, refund requests (include your invoice reference).
• New-edition notifications — ask to be notified when a publication line you follow gains a new edition.
• Errors & corrections — report a suspected error in a published edition.
• Licensing questions — anything not answered in Licensing & FAQ.
