Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery
- Digital delivery after payment confirmation. Reports are digital PDFs. Within 1 business day of your wire payment being confirmed, we send a secure download link — or, on request, the PDF as an e-mail attachment — to the buyer's e-mail address.
- Link validity. Download links expire after 7 days for security. If your link expired or the email went astray, write to research@carmeloresearch.com.br with your order reference and we reissue it at no cost — your license is perpetual; only the link expires.
- Nothing is shipped. There is no physical edition and no shipping fee.
Refunds
Our publications are standardized digital files delivered in full once payment is confirmed. Like other digital publications, they cannot be "returned" once obtained. Our policy is therefore:
- After download: no refund. Once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final. Please review the edition's public summary, contents and license before buying — and write to us with any pre-sale question.
- Before download: 14 days. If you purchased but have not downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Defective files: replaced. If a delivered file is corrupted, incomplete or otherwise defective, we replace it with a good copy at no cost; if we cannot deliver a working copy, we refund the order in full.
- Billing errors. Duplicate charges or clearly erroneous orders (e.g. the same edition bought twice by mistake) are refunded on request.
Refund requests go to research@carmeloresearch.com.br with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice.
Corrected editions
If a material error is corrected in an edition you purchased, you receive the corrected file by email at no cost (see Methodology — Corrections). A correction is not grounds for a refund of a downloaded file, since the corrected copy is supplied free.
