Licensing & FAQ

Every Carmelo Research publication is sold under a single, standard company-internal license. There are no tiers, seats or negotiated variants — the same license, like the same edition, applies to every buyer.

The company-internal license

Perpetual — the license does not expire; the purchased edition is yours to keep and consult indefinitely.
Non-exclusive — the same edition is sold to any buyer at the same list price.
Company-internal use — the report may be stored, read and cited internally by employees and officers of the purchasing organization, including in internal memos and internal presentations.
No redistribution — the report (whole or in substantial part) may not be resold, sublicensed, published, posted publicly, shared outside the purchasing organization, or used to build a competing publication or dataset.
Brief attributed quotation of short excerpts in external materials is permitted with credit "Source: Carmelo Research".

How to order

All Carmelo Research editions are ordered by e-mail — any organization may order at list price; there is no minimum order.

Send the order by e-mail to research@carmeloresearch.com.br (the "Order this edition" buttons pre-fill the message), stating the edition, your organization, billing address, VAT/tax ID and the buyer's name and e-mail.
We confirm availability and send an invoice with international wire instructions (USD). The invoice cites the title, edition and ISBN/ISSN where assigned, and the company-internal license.
On receipt of payment, delivery within 1 business day by secure download link (or, on request, the PDF as an e-mail attachment).

Frequently asked questions

Are reports customized for my company?

No. Carmelo Research sells standardized catalog publications only: every buyer of an edition receives the identical document. We do not offer bespoke research, commissioned reports, consulting or custom data cuts — that standardization is the basis of our catalog pricing.

Who may use a purchased report?

Anyone inside the purchasing organization (the legal entity that bought it, including its employees and officers). Affiliates, clients, portfolio companies and external partners are outside the license — they should purchase their own copy.

How is the report delivered?

Digitally. Within 1 business day of payment confirmation we e-mail you a secure download link for the PDF (or, on request, the PDF as an attachment). Links stay valid for 7 days and can be reissued on request at no cost. Nothing is shipped physically.

What payment methods do you accept? Do I get an invoice?

Orders are invoiced in USD and paid by international wire transfer. After you send your order by e-mail we confirm availability and issue an invoice with wire instructions; payment is due within the term stated on the invoice. The invoice cites the title, edition and ISBN/ISSN where assigned — it is your accounting document. Questions: research@carmeloresearch.com.br.

Can I buy from any country?

Yes. Carmelo Research is a Brazilian publisher and sells its digital publications to buyers worldwide. Prices are in USD; invoices are paid by international wire and your bank handles any currency conversion or transfer fees. Billing address is collected with your order as part of the record of sale.

What is the refund policy?

Because publications are digital files delivered instantly, orders are not refundable after the file has been downloaded. Defective files are replaced, and undownloaded orders can be refunded within 14 days. Full policy: Refunds & Delivery.

Will there be new editions?

Yes — the Paid Traffic Benchmark Report is quarterly, and Geo Entry Brief / Lead-Gen Market Map editions are announced via the editorial calendar. Buying one edition does not subscribe you to future ones; each edition is purchased separately. Write to research@carmeloresearch.com.br to be notified of new editions.
